How can I pay?
We accept various payment methods, including iDEAL, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard), PayPal, and Apple Pay. All payments are processed through a secure connection, so you can shop safely.
Is it safe to enter my payment details on your website?
Yes, the Mauro Cherner website uses SSL encryption to ensure that all your personal and payment information is secure. In addition, we process payments through a secure payment gateway to protect your privacy.
In which currency will my purchases be processed?
All transactions on the Mauro Cherner website are processed in Euro (EUR).
How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders placed before 8:00 PM are processed the same day. For orders within the Netherlands, delivery usually takes 1-2 business days, depending on the carrier. For international orders, delivery time may vary from 3 to 5 business days, depending on the destination. Once shipped, you will receive a track & trace code to follow your package.
Can I have my order delivered to a different address than my billing address?
Yes, during the checkout process, you can specify a different delivery address from your billing address. If you are not at home, we recommend having your order delivered to a pickup point. This ensures your package is safe, and you can collect it at a convenient time, reducing the risk of loss or damage.
Can I return my order?
Yes, you can return your order within 14 days of receipt, provided the products are in their original condition. This means all original labels, boxes, and tags must be intact, and the product must show no signs of use. Contact us at info@maurocherner.com for return instructions. Return shipping costs are at your own expense.
How can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order as long as it has not been processed and no shipping label has been created. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible to confirm the cancellation.
How can I track the status of my return?
After submitting a return request and sending the return, you will receive a confirmation. We will keep you updated via email on the status of your return and refund once we have received and processed the return.
What should I do if my sunglasses arrive damaged?
Please contact our customer service immediately via email. Attach clear photos of the damage and include your order number. We will ensure a replacement product or a suitable solution.
Can I return items purchased during a sale?
Items purchased during a sale cannot be returned.
Instead, you can:
- Choose another product of the same price.
- Receive a store credit for the purchase amount.

How can I return or exchange a product?
- Contact our customer service and provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- Pack the sunglasses securely, preferably in the original packaging.
- After receiving and inspecting the product, you will receive a confirmation and refund.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days after the return process has been completed and approved. The amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
What is the return policy at Mauro Cherner?
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt, provided the sunglasses are in original, unused condition and packaging. For returns, please contact our customer service for further instructions.
Note: Return costs are at the customer's expense, unless it concerns a manufacturing defect.
What does the 1-year warranty from Mauro Cherner cover?
We offer a 1-year warranty on all our sunglasses for manufacturing defects:

Are the sunglasses UV-protective?
Yes, all our sunglasses provide UV400 protection, which means they block 100% of harmful UVA and UVB rays. Our sunglasses are categorized into three different categories based on lens tint and light transmission, which you can find in each product's specifications:
Category 1: Light tint, suitable for cloudy days or fashion looks.
Category 2: Medium tint, perfect for regular use in moderate sunlight.
Category 3: Dark tint, ideal for bright sunlight and outdoor activities. Many of our sunglasses also feature TAC polarized lenses, which reduce reflections and enhance visibility by filtering glare, providing a more comfortable and clearer viewing experience, especially on water or road surfaces.
How do I maintain my Mauro Cherner sunglasses to keep them in top condition?
Use the included microfiber cloth to clean your sunglasses. Always store them in the protective case or pouch provided to prevent scratches and damage. Avoid using harsh cleaning agents that may damage the material.
